Hi, I’m Tsiobo! I’m a middle-aged, classically trained oboist who never graduated, fell long out of practice, and now I’m working on building my chops back up.

Along the way I plan to relearn piano, as well as learn other instruments along the way. Guitar? Kalimba? Stylophone? Perhaps all of the above and more.

In sharing my journey, I hope to inspire and encourage everyone out there who wants to learn an instrument or pick back up their instrument to do so. You aren’t too old learn. You aren’t too out of practice to start again. No talent is required, you are capable as is with only being willing to try and practice regularly!

Music is joy and there is no such thing as too much joy in life. It’s time to get playing.
